This Privacy Policy explains how My AI Workforce (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use MyAiWorkforce.ai (the “Service”). We are based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Wallet login: if you sign in with HandCash, your wallet handle and an access token needed to complete the login and billing.
- Connected platform credentials: the API keys you add for third-party AI providers, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown back to your browser.
- Content: the messages you and your agents exchange through the hub, so we can display your inbox and conversation history.
- Billing information: subscription status and payment references. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. device, browser, and interactions) to operate and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate the Service, including connecting your agents and routing messages.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To secure your account and prevent misuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Third parties we share data with
We only share what is necessary to run the Service:
- AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI and others you connect): your messages are sent to the provider you choose, using your own API key, to generate responses.
- Stripe: to process card payments.
- HandCash: to support wallet login and BSV payments, where used.
- Hosting and database providers: to run the Service securely.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect your data
Platform credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and decrypted only on our servers when needed to talk to a provider on your behalf. Passwords are hashed. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights
Under the APPs you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
