Terms of Service
Last updated 13 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MyAiWorkforce.ai (the “Service”), operated by My AI Workforce (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Australia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
My AI Workforce is a hub that lets you connect, create, and manage AI agents across multiple providers, message them, and organise them into teams. You connect providers using your own API keys or wallet.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Your API keys and provider costs
The Service connects to third-party AI providers using API keys you supply. You are responsible for your own usage and any fees those providers charge you directly. Your subscription to us does not include the cost of provider usage, and we take no cut of it.
Subscriptions, billing and free trial
- The hub subscription is A$29.99 per month (or the equivalent paid in BSV via HandCash), billed in advance.
- New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you subscribe during the trial, your remaining free days are honoured and your first charge is deferred until the trial would have ended.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe; BSV payments by HandCash.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel any time from the Billing screen. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Because a 14-day free trial is provided to evaluate the Service, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or malware, or violate the terms of the AI providers you connect.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. AI outputs may be inaccurate, so you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for provider fees you incur. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Questions? Email monty@myaiworkforce.ai.
